Customer’s Goal:
“I have an existing wooden patio cover I want to replace with Alumawood. I want 2 patio covers: one lattice and one solid. They will attach to 2 separate projections on the back of my condo. I want to be able to attach my roll down shade to the side of the solid patio cover.”
Project Description:
Royal Covers took down the existing wood cover and installed 2 Alumawood patio covers. The first was a 7′ x 15’6″ Alumawood lattice patio cover. The second was a 10′ x 12’8″ Alumawood solid patio cover.
The Alumawood solid patio cover was custom designed to allow for maximum water flow. A 2″ gap was left between the patio cover pans and the fascia to allow leaves from the nearby trees to flow off during heavy rain. The installed downspouts are for appearance only.
