I had Royal Covers do my patio cover a few years back. When I wanted to extend it out, they came out and had a great plan for the extension. Their software lets them show me a depiction of the finished product. When they had completed it (in less than one day) it was perfect. Seamlessly integrated and looks like I had done it this way originally.

Salesman Ryan Bishop was very Knowledgeable with their products and how to match the look and style we wanted. Royals install crew was very professional and took great care installing materials. Everything went as it should and the way most people expect! I wouldn't hesitate using them again or referring them to anyone. Wish I had remembered the installers name but they know how they are.

From beginning to end the process was flawless. Even when Caleb discovered a slight issue with my existing structure he was able to come up with a suitable solution. It was not made clear to us before installation what the final result was going to look like. Installers did a good job, but it just doesn't look like we thought it would be.
